back, at end of a quiet street 10 minutes walk from the centre
of St Gervais. Large sunny enclosed garden with view out towards
the Aravis chain of mountains and Mt d'Arbois which accesses the
St Gervais/Megeve ski area. The chalet is furnished to a high
standard with a traditional fireplace, electric and underfloor
heating and modern fitted appliances alongside a handcrafted kitchen.
Child friendly with safety gates/high chair/travel cot etc provided
on request, it is an ideal location for families. 5 minutes walk
from the Tramway Mt Blanc station in St Gervais the chalet offers
access to Mt Blanc and forest walks in the summer and a wide variety
of easily accessible skiing in the winter.
The chalet is set back from the road in
a large, private, sunny garden with ample parking beside the chalet
and a garage. It's a 10 minute walk down into the centre of St
Gervais. There are fantastic views across the valley from the
garden and the balcony at the front of the house. Up above the
chalet you can directly access forest with trails for walks and
summer picnics. Below the chalet (5 minutes) is the Tramway Mont
Blanc from where you can access the Les Houches ski area and the
start of walks up Mt Blanc in the summer season. The ski bus can
also be taken from here directly to the ski lift for access to
Mt d'Arbois and the St Gervais/Megeve ski areas.
