ALPENROSE:
This spaciious chalet style apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a residence, about a half mile from the centre of St. Gervais and the lift station. For those of you familiar with St Gervais, come out of the town towards Les Contamines, and take the first turning left after the post office. Drive up route de Mollaz for approx. 400m and the top entrance to Residence Alpenrose is just to the right. There is pedestrian access much closer than that!!
There is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill, with a regular service to the town and the lift station. In the summer residents benefit from the outside heated pool.
The accommodation comprises-
Entrance hall with storage. Larger bathroom with 'his and hers' washbasin, bath and separate shower and wc. Open plan kitchen (modern fitted with combination microwave, double gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer. Dark beamed dining area and full height living area with bed settee and settee, tv and hi fi. One mezannine bedroom with large double bed and single bed.
