Jardin 12 is a one bedroomed apartment with a generous living area, which sleeps up to 4 people.

It is situated on the 2nd floor of Les Jardins Alpins apartment block immediately adjacent to the lift station car park, with access via the lift or stairs. It is on the same floor as Jardin 16 (only 4 doors away) which makes it an ideal companion apartment for those in larger parties, who wish to combine accommodation, yet retain their personal space.

Accommodation consists:

A generous open plan living area with bed settee and storage unit with TV / DVD, dining table and chairs.
Two sets of French doors giving access to the dual aspect balcony.
The kitchen area equipped with 4 ring hob, oven/grill, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

There is a small double bedroom with storage bridge unit over the bed. Additional storage is found in the living area.
