Jardin 16 is a spacious apartment with a very generous living area (33m2), which sleeps up to 8 people.

It is situated on the 2nd floor of Les Jardins Alpins apartment block immediately adjacent to the lift station car park with access via the lift or stairs. It is on the same floor as Jardin 12 (only 4 doors away) which makes it an ideal companion apartment for those in larger parties, who wish to combine accommodation, yet retain their personal space.

Accommodation consists of entrance lobby, wc and storage and a corridor leading to the two bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, storage and access to the rear balcony.

Bedroom 2 has two bunk beds, sleeping 4, storage cupboad and access to the rear balcony.
At the far end of the corridor is the bathroom, with bath with shower over and washbasin set in a vanity unit.

The spacious open-plan living area, with double bed settee and comfortable chairs and dining area, has seating up to 8 / 10 people, making it an ideal apartment in which to commune, if, for example, other apartments in the locality have been booked by the friends or family.

Double doors give access to the front balcony.

The kitchen area is equipped with 4 ring halogen hob, combination microwave /oven/grill, dishwasher, washing machine / drier and fridge.

On the ground floor there is a ski locker.

Duvets and pillows are supplied.
